I posted this question in the CATIO community when I had meant to post in SolidWorks. I could not figure out how to move it.

This is the first time I'm performing a multi part simulation that has a hydraulic cylinder between the two parts. The arm is allowed to pivot on the base plate. There is a hydraulic cylinder connected between two eyes on the arm and two eyes on the base plate allowing the arm
