I haven't used PDM for awhile. When I last setup and used PDM professional, I had created an automatic PDF publish task triggered on the release transition. This would create pdf files in the vault and also a duplicate in a PDF folder on a network drive. I think the duplicate PDF creation is only available on PDM professional.
