I have a heat sink with an ambient temperature of 22.2C that will go into an oven at 85C. I would like to know how long it will take for the center of the heat sink to reach 85C. If I use transient thermal analysis settings the first thing it asks for is the total time & that is what I am trying to find. How do I find how long it will take to reach 85C?
