Currently have a drawing we are trying to put through the approval cycle.

Issue is, the drawing seems to be bugging the whole PDM cycle.

When we open the drawing by itself, the PDM tab is completely empty



If we open the 3D first, then the drawing, or open the drawing then the 3d, normally we'd get the drawing in the PDM list. Instead we only see the 3d on top.
