I am trying to make a blade using a wrap tool along the pipe surface
but whenever I ever do that the wrap comes in an angle like in pic 1 I want to make it like in Pic 2
I want to make the Emboss command make the distance from the base edges as the outer face 
the profile is a little complex that I cannot make the shape I want using less than 5 commands when I think it should be done by the wrap
