I am a developer for Anark Corporation.
We write a translator for several CAD systems.  
I have a SolidWorks model, in which I am getting corrupt data being returned from IAnnotation.GetDisplayData().

In particular, the method IDisplayData.GetLineAtIndex3() 
while in the view such that  IView3D.Name() == "0-EVERYTHING" 

for the annotation "DetailItem26" is returning corrupt values for the x & z components
