Why is my colleague getting this error message:

Cannot load file sldmartinsertu.dll even though the file is clearly there.

I have a suspicion there may be an installation language issue as the folder on a French installation (we are in Québec) is not named the same:

C:\Programmes\SOLIDWORKS Corp\SOLIDWORKS

The usual folder would be: C:\Program Files\SOLIDWORKS Corp\SOLIDWORKS
