I am running Solidworks CAM 2023, and am attempting to learn how to break the internal edge of a hole in tubular stock:

I successfully machined the circular pocket and chamfered the outer edge of the hole in Mill Part Setup 1.  I added a Lollipop mill to my tool crib and attempted to break the internal edge in two ways:
