Our company has been using SolidWorks since the late 1990's. Unfortunately, during that time. no one was aware that the template files (PRTDOT, ASMDOT and DRWDOT) should have been updated over the years.

As such, we have some parts that were built with templates from the 1990's.I updated all our templates last year, however on the older parts, it's causing
