Basically as per title.  I've gone through most of the API and while I see that I can access the documents, parts, properties of a part, and do a ton of things, I can't for the life of me find where I would go to create a cutting plane and edit their properties. 

I need to write an add-in that generates the 6 axis-aligned cutting planes at once, set their properties (such as color, transparency, position),
