Hope you guys are doing good!

I have a problem where I need to change the default orientation of the co ordinate system to show Z axis up.

I did try changing the standard views, and "apply z- up views" in orientation but the problem with this is when I try to pull a normal to view for the planes the right plane tends to rotate by 90 degrees. I want to have all the normal to planes to be pulled
