Hi, I am trying to download the student trial from:

The instructions say to use the Serial Number: TEMPDL

When I do this I get a red box with 'Please enter a valid serial number.' in red text underneath.

I see that other people have had the same issue, one dating back 5 months, but I dont see a solution?
