In my assembly, I have 2 instances of an o-ring, and each one is set into a uniquely-shaped groove. That is, I have 2 instances of a single part that need to be modeled with different shapes but show up as a single item in the Bill of Materials with qty 2. I have the two different shapes modeled in different configurations of the o-ring part, and each configuration has the same part number set in configuration
