Hello, 

           I have a Windows 10 enterprise operating system and have Solidworks 2023. When i open file explorer i can see thumbnails in some of my folders but not in others. any ideas?? I have gone through a lot of the options made sure some boxes where ticked and others not... any help at this point is appreciated!!
