Hi there guys,

as title states - I'm unable to resize note boxes using the red anchors, on drawing documents. I've tried hard resetting my custom settings; creating new drawings and revisiting old ones and all are no longer able to be resized. My partner remains on version hotfix 2.2 and is still able to do so. Does anyone know if a new setting or something has been added that might be causing this
