How could I make that the default dimension with hole callout for an oblong, be the one in the right and not the one in the left side of this picture?:

Left is:

<hw-slot-width> X <hw-slot-length>
 

Right:

<MOD-DIAM><hw-slot-width> x <hw-slot-length>
