We have Solidworks and PDM loaded on a virtual machine for the purpose of running our custom tasks. These work fine for a while but randomly after a while tasks complete and solidworks closes, however, the status is never reported back to the server as completed. It simply times out and fails.

When tasks stop reported completed progress, it's all tasks. From a simple Hello word that opens Solidworks (to run the task) and displays the hello world message and then closes solidworks to the regular more complex ones.

The only plugins we have loaded in Solidworks are PDM plugins. There are no other applications running on the machine concurrently. The task itself performs all the work correctly and Solidworks closes as if completed.

Has anyone experienced this before? Is there something we're missing?
