SW2020 SP5 Win10 64Bit Nvidia Quadro P2000

When I save a shaded image, I get this message even when the saved image resolution is set to 240-300 DPI.

“The image is too large for ambient occlusion shadows. The ambient occlusion shadows will not be displayed in the saved image.”

Also, with both ambient occlusion and perspective selected, the shadows only look good when the perspective value is set around .5-1. At that low of a perspective setting, the model looks very distorted.

This shadow issue also happens in camera view with perspective enabled. The shadow looks good with a short camera position setting but this also distorts the model.

In 3D view and camera view, the ambient occlusion shadow does not scale as the screen scale changes or when the camera position distance changes.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Will a better graphics card eliminate this problem?

I’m currently looking at Quadro P4000 but can’t find anything that says the ambient occlusion shadows problems will go away with a different graphics card.

Thanks,
