I have a recurrent problem with this platform (to be honest one of the many, but this is quite annoying): 
for most part of the day I have no notifications, if I try to click the bell mark the side window keeps "loading" without showing nothing.

I noticed that it happens all days and it somehow unlock around 3 to 4 PM Japan Local Time and the same happens almost everyday. Not a fixed time, but notifications
