Good morning!

I am a tool maker and have used several different design programs over the years, but I'm new to SolidWorks.  I inherited a seat from a former employee and am trying to get it set up and working the way I am used to.  

I've started going through the tutorials to acquaint myself with the UI but I'm frustrated with the way the other guy has the orientation of the axes set.
