I had this same problem on my 2023 copy and now it repeats in the 2025 upgraded version. Anytime I try to add a structural member to a weldment it gives the same error:

The path I gave it on the System Options/File locations/Weldment Profiles is this: C:\ProgramData\SOLIDWORKS\SOLIDWORKS 2025\weldment profiles. Tried adding it while running as administrator, regular, no use.

There must be a fix. Can
