I'm working on a drawing, and a bubble for one of my flag notes keeps popping up on different pages. When I try to click on it, it's not actually there (it can't be clicked on, and when I press Ctrl-Q to update the page, the phantom bubble keeps disappearing).

I can't find a rhyme or reason to it. It happens on different pages, and I can't narrow down repeatable conditions for which this pops up. Have
