Hello, does anyone know how to perform an equidistant surface or offset surface operation with VBA SolidWorks macros?

I need to apply an offset surface to a 3D tube, which has a parting line as shown in the following image:

But I only need the offset surface to be on the faces of the bottom part, as seen in this other image:

Therefore, I need to select only the bottom faces to apply the displaced surface
