I'm having trouble reinstalling SW 2016. I had an issue and SW was malfunctioning. It wouldn't open a new part. (Not Responding) etc. 

I tried to remove and reinstall SW 2016 but got 2 errors. One was a Microsoft error which I was able to fix with a download from Goengineer. On Goengineer, I found what I was hoping was the answer to my other issue "A newer version is already installed" error.
