I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas that might help with solving a PDM Login issue I'm having 

I'm currently setting up a Sandbox Vault to Run alongside our existing PDM vault so that we can test changes before the go live in the production environment.

Somehow during that process I have lost my ability to log into the PDM administrator tool for the production Vault, but can still log in to the user
