I'm the primary Admin for our vaults. But others have the System Admin credentials and some users also have some admin rights. I keep a spreadsheet of users containing dates they are added - helps me with identifying those needing new user orientation, if they are leaving the company (date), email address, etc. I'm addressing the issue of who needs admin credentials and will adjust accordingly.
