The 3DExperienceLauncher.msi is installing itself but not installing Solidworks Connected.  I've excluded the Launcher folder from my Acronis Cyber Protect anti-virus software and even disabled it all together, and it still does not install.  

When clicking on the Install button in the Welcome Page, after installing and launching the Launcher application, it just hangs up and never enables the Continue
