Hello, 

I am attempting to extract an inspection characteristic (dimension) with multiple instances. I have updated the quantity of the characteristic under Characteristic Properties --> General --> Quantity, but this icon is greyed out. This was the procedure outlined in the online Solidworks Help catalog.
