Sorry for disturbing you but i have a long time problem with my solidworks 2023. My liscense is ok but when i try to modify or do something in the Assemblies , Solidworks crash and the report show this :

I don't know what to do. Can someone help me please.

PS : The report is in FRENCH but it says that my computer configuration isn't known by Solydwoks.
