why can't I break my dimension witness lines where they intersect section lines?  or note lines?  or anything other than another dimensions witness lines?  

yeah, it's great that I can clean up my witness lines when I have intersection dimension witness lines.  but there are other instances where I'd like to break my witness lines too.

Or can i and I just don't know the way?
