 May help me how can i set solidwork in my PC run in normal.

i am using solidwork 2021 version, and window of PC is window 11 pro version 23H2.

but solidwork can not run normal, alittle heavy data, ( command wait window appear and finish)

Solidwork's support said that because sw version is not pair with window that pC is runing now, and said that we have to update sw to 2022 vs.
