Does anybody know how to solve this problem for SolidWorks 2024 while using it via the 3D Experience Student Edition?

It used to work perfectly, but today while trying to launch SolidWorks Connected, I received en error saying:

"Could not obtain the required license for SOLIDWORKS Connected. Check your roles assignments and try again."

I searched the internet but most of the solutions were inapplicable
