We do a lot of Save As' where I work and then rename to a new part number, make modifications, and release new design.  The drawn by and drawn date fields are not updating like I want them to...shown below is how both are set up right now, as well as the assembly card for a file I created via save-as this morning that's kept the initials and date from previous file's creator.

Any ideas would be appreciated
