My company has been not using the system revisions in pdm, instead manually typing revision in each config-specific data card tab to drive multiple drawings from one model.

We are changing to now use system revision and moving to "one model, one drawing".  

I have NEW files set up with a linked rev table to automatically bump up a rev, user fills in changes and ECN # info on rev table that propagates
