Stated above, my computer was updated with Windows 11, 23H2 version & a .NET framework update KB5031225. After these updates, I am no longer able to open .slddwg files. The fault code is annotationwpf:0002eb8a. Parts and Assemblies work okay, but the feature menu is missing all the wording that identifies the button/switch function when I create planes or do circular patterns, etc...
