I'm trying to prepare a drawing for laser cutting, where I want the holes to be on a different layer than the outline.

Last time I did this on something like the 2016 version, was able to select multiple lines and change the layer, which would change the layer for only those segments in isolation from the drawing view.

While trying this today on 2023 SP3, it seems to change the layer for all drawing
