I'm using SolidWorks 2019 at work and I am using equations to drive the dimensions in a part. Inside the 'Equations, Global Variables, and Dimensions' window I have set a dimension to equal '= IIF ( "Motor HP" = 3 , 4.125 , 3.625 )' There is a Global Variable "Motor HP" and it will have values of 1, 1.5, 2, and 3 depending on where the part is being used.
