When reviewing topic responses and searching for users to tag in to topics / responses, it would be great to get a quick visual cue to see if they are a DS / SW / VAR employee. While some/many have capitalised surnames, a colour cue would also be good. I'd propose white on blue for DS, white on red for SW and red on white for VAR employees;

Format would be similar to the text highlighting used when an idea changes state;
