This is a sample of a fictitious 3D Printer driver.
SolidWorks has a "Print3D" command in the File menu. This is to provide a common place to "print" to a 3D printing device, similar to the way you simply go to File->Print to print to a traditional printer. This sample show you how to create an addin to SolidWorks that not only implements the ISwAddin interface, but also the ISw3DPrinter interface. This allows your addin to communicate with Print3D dialog that is presented to users when they click on the Print3D command in the File menu.
Installing and registering the 3D printer driver are both done it the same way you would with any other addin.
