If you experience a problem with the beta version of the 3D Interconnect functionality, you can submit a request for support by using the beta support form.
To submit a request for support:
- Log in to the SOLIDWORKS® application.
- Open the ‘SOLIDWORKS Resources’ task pane.
- In the ‘3DInterconnect Beta’ section, click on ‘Report a 3D Interconnect Beta Issue’.
- Fill out and then submit the support form.
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided.
This automatically generates a service request, which is assigned to a Technical Support Engineer
for investigation.
